Each poster is individually produced after your order has been placed. As a result, delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination country.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Switzerland and selected countries across Europe.

Processing and Production Time

All products are made to order. Production typically takes between 2 and 5 business days.

Delivery Times

Once production has been completed, the estimated delivery times are:

Switzerland: 2–7 business days

Europe: 3–10 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping throughout Europe.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Providers

The production and fulfillment of our products are handled by selected production and shipping partners. Deliveries are made through local and international shipping carriers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@alpinevintagestudio.com and include clear photographs of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

All delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
